Dr Urmancheeva joined the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology in 1975. In addition to her role as a leading researcher, she is a practicing physician at the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology and Professor at I.I. Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University (since 1986).
